A circular economy is a model of production and consumption which involves sharing, leasing, reusing, repairing and recycling existing materials and products as long as possible. 1. Prevention
- By choosing our products, you are reducing reliance on single use items
- Select reusable items that are reusable and/or recyclable
- Support our eco-friendly options that are compostable and/or recyclable
- Educate your family and friends on the benefits of Partyware’s plastic and biodegradable ranges
- For long-term reusability, hand washing is recommended
2. Reuse
- Partyware offers reusable storage containers, plates, cups and cutlery to assist in reducing waste
- Find other uses for items you no longer want to extend their lifecycle such as plate saucers for plants, cups for your pens and pencils, storage containers for your arts and crafts or bits and pieces
- Feeding your animal family members
3. Recycle
- Follow local recycling guidelines on our products and packaging through local authorities to correctly sort and safely dispose of unwanted items
- Rinse and clean products before recycling to avoid contamination and to ensure they can be recycled
- Participate in community programs wherever available for both recyclable items and if you need help with compostable items through local facilities
4. Recover
- Separate our recyclable plastic, recyclable paper and compostable sugar cane items and dispose of each correctly
- Clean all products prior to disposal to ensure that they will be accepted and processed
- Compost our organic products to enrich garden soil
- Use designated bins to separate recyclable Partyware items from general waste
- Support businesses that reclaim and repurpose materials including our recyclable tableware and drinkware
5. Disposal
- Follow regulations and adhere to local guidelines for disposing of non-recyclable as well as general hazardous waste
- Always use the correct bins for unwanted Partyware items to recycle and compost
- Check for local facilities to assist you with composting and/or recycling.
- Educate family and friends on the best disposal methods and how they can help
Materials that support the planet.
We use a variety of materials for our tableware including sugar cane, paper and wood. Sugar cane tableware are biodegradable and compostable, meaning they can easily break down in soil without harming the environment. Paper and wood are recyclable and can be repurposed to create other useful products, reducing waste in our landfills.
Many of our reusable tableware range has undergone testing to up to 780 Dishwasher Cycles with more to follow, ensuring it’s not only environmentally-friendly but also durable and long-lasting.
Our sugar cane products are tested to either Australian standard ABAP 5810:2010, ABAP 4736:2006 or TUV Austria Euro standard NDT51-800 for home compostability as well as EN14582 to ensure these ranges are Fluorine Free.

Products are tested to be food safe under EN1186 Food Migration
