Shipping & deliveries

At Partyware, we want to make our quality goods available to you across Australia in the most efficient way and at the most affordable rates, there are.
We understand the utmost importance of maintaining your inventory and getting the products you need as quickly as possible.

Shipping out of our warehouse usually happens within the same business day or the next, depending on the order volume and time of the order.
We offer free shipping to many metropolitan areas, and we are also able to ship by carton or on a pallet if an order exceeds a certain amount.

General Freight Guidelines

• Please refer to the terms and conditions on our website for extended information related to Partyware’s freight policy.
• If the use of a side loader is required or orders have to be manually unpacked, charges incurred by the transport company will be passed on to the customer. This will be communicated by a member of the Partyware team before the order is dispatched.
• If an order requires special delivery instructions, this must be communicated in the comments box when finalizing your order.
• Partyware will bear no responsibility for orders that have been lost or misplaced as a result of specific delivery instructions being inadequately provided.

Victoria

• Orders that fall below $200 value, Melbourne metro/regional, will incur freight charges at the current rate + GST.
• $201 to $600 – Flat Fee $60 Metro, $110 Regional*
• Freight order values must be over $601 for FIS delivery, Melbourne metro/Regional, outer Metro. 
• Outer metro orders will be delivered within 5 working days.
• Oncost fees will apply to regional areas at the current rate + GST.*

New South Wales

• Orders that fall below $200 value, Sydney metro/regional, will incur freight charges at the current rate + GST.
• $201 to $600 – Flat Fee $60 Metro, $110 Regional*
• Freight order values must be over $601 for FIS delivery, Sydney metro
• Order will be delivered within 7 business days from the order date.
• Oncost fees will apply to regional areas at the current rate + GST.*

South Australia

• Orders that fall below $200 value, Adelaide metro/regional, will incur freight charges at the current rate + GST
• $201 to $600 – Flat Fee $60 Metro, $110 Regional*
• Freight over values must be over $601 for FIS, Adelaide metro
• Order will be delivered within 7 business days from the order date.
• Oncost fees will apply to regional areas at the current rate + GST.*

Queensland

• Orders that fall below $1000 value, Brisbane metro/regional, will incur freight charges at the current rate + GST
• Freight over values must be over $1001 for FIS, Brisbane metro
• Order will be delivered within 7 business days from the order date.
• Oncost fees will apply to regional areas at the current rate + GST.*

Tasmania

• Orders will be delivered within 7 business days from the order date
• Palletized freight order values must be over $3000.00 for FIS delivery, Tasmania metro.

WA

• Orders under $1000 will incur full freight charges
• Freight over values must be over $1001 for FIS, Perth metro
• Order will be delivered within 7 business days from the order date.
• Oncost fees will apply to regional areas at the current rate + GST.*

NT

All freight is calculated on an individual basis which will be communicated and agreed upon before dispatch.
